ORGANISATIONAL CONSULTING
W&BS Personnel Consulting provides services in designing and implementing internal procedures for human resources management.

PERSONNEL AUDIT

The client receives a comprehensive report as a result of carrying out an audit, which covers all the relevant aspects of the analysis. A standard report includes the following elements:

- Analysis of the predispositions of employees in terms of positions held by them or positions to which they aspire.
- Analysis of the psychological competences and assessment of the intellectual potential of all the surveyed employees.

While establishing competency models, W&BS specialists create sets of core competences and values which reflect the culture of an organization and that are also the starting point for building the companies` development plans and recruitment criteria. Preparing of the model is based on the customer`s business objectives, values and rules of conduct which define the expected company`s way of functioning.
The appropriate competency models, that is models prepared according to an individual business profile of a customer, ensure proper fulfillment of particular job duties and thereby achieving the company`s business goals.
The competency model, on which the employee evaluation is based, takes into account the requirements of a company and its employees and directs their development at the long term goals of an organisation.
EMPLOYEE EVALUATION

- 180 degree assessment - made on the basis of information obtained from two sources: self-assessment and an opinion of the employee`s supervisor
